Hi Sarah,
This is the first time I’ve written specifically to you. Your big brother Jeremiah is keeping me constantly busy. He just turned one year old. I’m 19 weeks pregnant with you. I can feel you kicking now. Your dad and I already love you so much. You’re such a sweet blessing from God. That sounds a little corny doesn’t it? But you really are. I thank God daily for giving you to me. I can’t wait to hold you, to kiss you, to see what you look like.
It’s late. Dad is working tonight on a DWI taskforce. He has a regular 8 to 5 desk job, but he just loves to go out and catch drunk drivers. You’ll be proud of him. Jeremiah is sleeping. He’s had a long day. He’s been kind of sick, poor little guy. And you’re keeping me awake with cute little kicks and terrible heartburn.
I really should go to bed. I’ll try to write again soon. Next time I’ll write something worth reading. I want to share with you our hopes and dreams. But for now, I’ll just remind you that we love you so very much.
Can’t wait to hold you,
Love Mom.
