[I started this post 20 days ago...]

Every commerical and media outlet had an irritating new year saying. Something like “Oh My it’s 2005!” Ugggh… they got old after a while. Oh how they lacked creativity.

Now mine on the other hand is great. It’s 24 days late, but it’s great!

“Number 5 is Alive!” Please tell me you watched Short Circuit. [Hint: It's a movie that came out in 1986. Don't tell me you were in diapers then. Rent it.] It’s about a robot who short circuits and comes alive. [Oh hope I didn't spoil it for you.]

That’s what I want for this year. 2005 is alive. Seems we often go through life in a robot state of mind. Just muddling through. Doing the tasks assigned. Never really living. You know the drill. Wake up, eat, work, sleep, wake up… I’m sure I’ve rambled about this before.

And so, here we are at the end of January. You’ve forgotten most of your New Years resolutions. I’m still drinking more coffee than water. I haven’t been to the gym yet. But there is one resolution I’m keeping. I’m going to really live this year. Care to join me?
