I just spent 45 minutes doing nothing of any value. Staring at my computer screen. Reading tech news, tech blogs… Anti spam sites. And some of it was even out dated. Pointless.

Life is about priorities. Few people would list TV as their top priority in life. But many spend most of their time watching one. What if time spent is equally proportionate to level of priority.

Jeremiah is usually pretty determined to eat all of his yogurt. He says he doesn’t want to waste anything.

When the four year old boy saw trash in our front yard, he picked it up and took it to the kitchen trash can mumbling about “taking care of what God gives us.” [One of my greatest parenting moments.]

A four year old can understand that we shouldn’t waste or deface what God gives us.

How old will I be when I figure out the same concept?
