It was 3 am and I was finally turning off the computer and stumbling towards bed. As I walked away from the desk, I noticed that the phone was not on the charger. It had been that way since 10pm when I had first sat down at the computer. Exhausted, I mumbled to myself, “How stupid, leaving it right beside the charger, yet not charging for all of those hours…”
My bed is beside my desk.
