I think this is the coffee you roasted for me. I just recently found it in some luggage. Yes, I know I was suppose to brew it right away. If you remember, we burnt some of the beans and had to pick them out. I started picking more out after I found them. I then realized that there is no end to picking out the darker beans. If I had continued, I would have ended up with one bean to brew. It was very good, but I wonder how much better it would have been if I had not let it age for over a month. By the way, I brewed mine in my one cup Black & Decker “Brew ‘N Go”. Not quite as fancy as your Senseo.
