I just installed the Dropdown Categoriess Plugin for Wordpress.
I like it much better than the code I was using before. Besides not having to have a submit button, it lets me change the look of the child and parent categories.

You rock, because I was browsing WP plugins yesterday, too… and was wondering which one you use to “stretch this post”. Then I was thinking how you are the only other WP geek I know, and how cool it would be to have coffee while discussing the finer points of the DIV tag (the children would all be magically cooperating and playing together during this time). So yeah, I care.
