On the road to South Carolina. We’re passing the time by making these little paper cars.
Download the car patterns here for free. Paperforest tells you how: "Click on the icon at the upper left of the screen (a diamond shaped yellow sign with a squiggly arrow on it)"

Table of contents for SC Road Trip

The cars are great, I’ll have to get a new ink cartrage so I can make some for Ethan.

We miss you when your gone. Sure we already live 634 miles away, and sure you are still accessable by email and mobile phone but for some reason when you’re not home you seem farther away.

Looks like you planned well for the trip. The cars are cute. So is the boy.

Very cool idea. On our short road trip recently we entertained Gabbie with Dora DVD’s and such. Davy was happy with a pacifier and some links to chew on. On the plane Gabbie was fascinated with the buttons, magazines, peanuts (which she nearly choked to death on, oops, lovely throw up mess on the plane!), and buckling and unbuckling her seat belt.

We have put together several of these trucks over the last couple of days, and I have to say that you are super-amazing-talented for being able to do that in a car! Trying to navigate the tiny details with scissors in a moving vehicle would have made me absolutely carsick. I’m so glad you posted the URL– Max & Khai have had so much fun with the trucks.
