Mother-In-Law’s House

Cookie
Having breakfast with the kids. Chocolate chip cookie. Their grandma bought them a giant cookie with a frosting green dog and a purple cat.
Very exciting. Sarah’s eyes opened this morning and she immediately exclaimed, "Now I can eat the kitty cat cookie!"
Her grandma is working this morning. I don’t know when she’ll be home. I was going to have the kdis wait for her return before they ate the cookied… but they’re getting hungry.
Not knowing the significance of the giant cookie, I asked Joel if Sarah could eat some yet. He told me she could have some if I take a picture of it first…
I have never understood why people insist on photographing pastry…

No Coffee
Just decaf Folgers. Three varieties of decaf Folgers. Instant, single bags, ground. I’m drinking hot water instead.
No Internet
Well, none for me. Thom is using his computer. Apparently only one person can be online at a time… [imagine] Cut off from Gmail.. civilization… eBay.
Oven
They have the oven on and open. I guess it is to help heat the house… with two little ones that seems crazy dangerous.
