Yesterday I finally got to hold my babies again. I won’t be letting them go for a really long time. Jeremiah speaks more clearly and his hair is shorter. Sarah is still… a kitty cat.
Before we went to bed, we all held each other and talked for a bit. Jeremiah and Sarah told me that our family had been “teared” apart. One was in South Carolina, one was in Springfield, one was at Aunt Jami’s house and one was at grandma’s. Sarah’s lamentations about a family being torn apart were filled with emotion. Jeremiah of course was just giving the most logical explanation of the situation. He comforted her that three of us were stuck back together now and that on Thursday all four of us would be together. Sarah was not satisfied. She said that we were still torn from our house in Springfield! That brought up the topic of moving. Jeremiah does not want to leave Springfield. He says that he likes his teachers and he wants to go to Springfield Cardinal games.

I’m so glad you’re back with your babies! Happy Thanksgiving to you & your family. =)

Judi, the kids were so excited to eat the pumpkin bread you sent them. Jeremiah said he wished you were here.

Oh, heartbreaking! It makes me wonder about little kids from divorced homes…
Have a Happy Thanksgiving, Amy, with your beloved family!
