Hot tortillas and apple soda
There are a few wonderful perks to visiting my parents in Texas… One is the Latin food section in Wal*Mart. I discovered Sidral Mundet, an awesome apple soda from Mexico. I also picked up a different version of Abuelita Mexican style hot chocolate.
And then there is Nina’s Tortilla Factory in Dumas, TX … For 1.50 I get a bag of steaming hot flour tortillas and two happy children.

Oh, I am so jealous! I love fresh tortillas. Yum. Please eat extra for me. Have a Happy Thanksgiving. Selfishly, I can’t wait till you bring Jer back to his house in Springfield, but enjoy you family while you are there.
I LOVE Nina’s! We never make the 35 minutes home with any tortillas though.
I hope you bring some of that Abuelita north with you!
