Life is random, so is my blog.

Microwave Adventures: Chicken Tacos
  1. Chop onions and green peppers. Place in glass microwaveable bowl with a spoon of butter. Microwave for 1-2 minutes until tender. Stir occasionally.
[I bought a $1 knife, no more switch-blade cooking for me.]
  2. Add one can of Tyson chicken.
[DO NOT try saving a dime on the canned chicken. You can't go generic on some things and canned chicken is one of them.]
  3. Mix in one package of taco seasoning and some water.
  4. Microwave until the chicken is warm.
  5. Spoon onto tortillas, top with salsa and cheese.
  6. Roll up and enjoy another microwave masterpiece.

This has been another additon of Squidoo: Microwave Cooking. Tune in next time for Microwave Meatloaf! [It's cooking right now, and we're a little scared.]

Amy is talking to herself again.
