I got an email from Chaplain VanLaan saying that my name came back approved by the Secretary of Defense and my packet has moved to the Appointments Branch at St Louis. So I should receive my Oath in the next couple of weeks.

Then I will officially be an US Army Chaplain Candidate… and there will be much rejoicing.

And maybe Pizza.
