Been there - done that - another reason for me to put off a seminary degree for a bit longer.

Just think, I had already been awake and out and about for over half an hour by then

Joel, that sounds like something Jimmy would say.
Amy, I am right there with you which is why you haven’t heard from me.

Procrastination is my middle name - otherwise I would have posted earlier

I can relate. Why do we do this to ourselves?

Procrastination comes from the Latin “pro,†meaning “forward, forth, or in favor of,†and “crastinus,†meaning “of tomorrow†—hmmm, so, in other words, being in favor or tomorrow?
Hey, I’m all for that! LOL.
But seriously…I am one of the world’s worst at putting off things until the last minute. I tend to find myself working at my best when I do that, however; perhaps it’s the way that God has wired me…either that, or I am seriously procrastinating from making those changes in my life for the Lord like He wants me to.
Makes you just want to put it all aside until a later date. *sigh*

Got my paper done in time.
Had a great day at school. I think I’ll go to sleep now so I can wake up early and work on all of my other procrastinated projects.

P.S. Hey Joel, I was up an hour before that too… cause your little boy rolled out of bed and fell on his head…
Comment by Amy — November 28, 2006 @ 9:07 pm
That is so sad!! You have to hold him so he won’t fall out.
Comment by Joel — November 29, 2006 @ 10:18 am
He fell out again last night. There was blood. Yeh… we need another plan.
Comment by Amy — November 29, 2006 @ 10:24 am
Is he falling out on my side? Maybe you could get some egg crate padding or something. That is a long fall, poor guy.
Comment by Joel — November 29, 2006 @ 11:56 am
Don’t worry… all the junk on that side of the bed ‘breaks his fall’.
