Chef Sarah just served me a delightful dish created by mixing Teddy Grahams, gummy bears, pinenuts and chocolate frosting.
It’s actually not bad if you pick the old gummy bears out.

Yummy, except I think I’d substitute maraschino cherries for the gummy bears.
Oh and maybe serve it over ice cream!
Must go find something chocolate now.

Christmas Crack
Line a cookie sheet with saltines or club crackers, or even smushed pretzels. Melt 1c butter (NOT margarine) n a saucepan, add 1 packed cup of brown sugar. Bring to a boil and boil for 3 minutes. (I microwave mine) Pour over crackers. Bake at 350 for 5 minutes. Turn off oven. Sprinkle a bag of chocolate chips over cracker base, and return to oven for about 4-5 minutes. Remove and spread melted chocolate with a rubber spatula., sprinkle with crushed almonds or chopped walnuts. Press the nuts into the chocolate with the back of a greased spatula. Let cool, and crack into pieces
