All of my siblings have Cingular - my brother has the most expensive phone/pda you can buy and my sister has a razor - they hardly ever bother even turning their phones on because they either get no service or really crappy service. I have a razor on the Alltel network and though I cannot say they provide 100% reception, I do know for a fact that everyone always has to borrow my phone. I think it is Cingular.
