I could not have said it better. People have been trying to disprove Jesus since his ministry began. The truth of Christ’s resurrection will come forth from this in the long run. The truth always does.

Thanks for the link. This topic certainly will make a lot of people think…and when this discovery is found out to be a fraud, then perhaps it will draw people back to biblical truths via the Holy Spirit’s work.

It’s a shame that so many are trying to debunk God’s promises for us…Jesus came to give us Living Water, and a way to eternal life with Him…and all the world wants to do is pretend that He is not the Son of God, and our Savior.

This seems to me to be down the same lines as The DaVinci Code. While a fictional book, it had just enough facts thrown in to cause a lot of people I know of to think that the story line was really true. And its central theme was that Jesus was married and had a child (granted it was a daughter and not a son named Judah)…

This brings to mind one of my pastor’s favorite sayings: “If the Resurrection is true, then it’s all true. If the Resurrection is false, then it’s all false.”

Very interesting, I guess my comment moderation message could be interpreted more than one way. With “nasty” describing either the comment content or the people and programs who send spam.

I didn’t mean the comments were nasty. I meant the high volume spammers are… I get thousands of automated comments. Trolls generally leave me alone.

If I think a comment is from a real person it almost always gets through.

ANYWAY, After a few years, I think I’ll change the wording. Thanks.

People will see what they wish to see to the extent they can self justify it. So Christians will view it one way, Non Christians another. As a non Christian it falls under the don’t care category until any evidence of resurrection, Jesus having a kid or Jesus being still quite dead is made very clear.

BTW spam and nasty comments are not the same thing. Nasty commenters are pretty much called ‘trolls’ the ’spammers’ are automated ad placers in huge volumes.

I am certain that any non-believer will choose to interpret the findings in a way that will at least be unsatisfying to Christians, if not offensive. And I’m equally certain that a believer will see the miracle that was there all the time.
