June 07 CH-BOLC students

I know a few of my readers will be heading to CH-BOLC at Fort Jackson in a few days. Here are two articles about your future classmates:
George Tyger
Gregg Green

Please leave a comment if you are going to the Chaplain School in June. We’ll be praying for you… and waiting anxiously for great NBC chamber photos…

  1. HOOAH!! It’s been a long road, and it is finally almost here…and then that will be just the beginning. Thanks for the prayers. Cast more of them for my wife and kids than for me ; )

  2. The time has come; the time is now; to go, go, go; I don’t care how. I, like CH Ken, ask that you remember my family as well. It will be nice be at CH-BOLC with other Chaplains, but our families are staying at home without those that understand. 1 week, 6 days – HOOAH!

  3. when the jump master yells, “1 minute” before the DZ with the sound of wind as he opens the aircraft door, your adrenaline rush kicks in fast. there is no turning back or backing out from your jump pass. I feel like I am at the 1 minute warning. I feel like I have to jump only to trust the parachute and my training. I want to trust the gentle and loving Jesus. may the grace of Jesus be with my family while I’m in CH-BOLC.
