I’m so excited about what God has done in my life this summer. One of the highlights has been getting a front row seat as God continues to bless my friend Rachel. I can’t wait to link you to her next post.

“I knew there was more to the Christian life than what I had been living. I was thirsting after the things of God, and I needed Him to satisfy me. Amy and I prayed together a lot, sitting in my living room floor. It was a good thing. Sitting shoulder to shoulder in the presence of God. The Bible says that where two or three were gathered in His name, He would be right in the middle of it. We were not in church or gathered with a big group of people, but we were gathered in His name. He honored His promise. He met with us. He blessed us. He comforted us. He encouraged our hearts. It was a really good thing.”

Shoulder to Shoulder. I’ve been intending to write a blog post with this title for at least a month now. Rachel was going to link to it in her post, but I stalled too long and she was ready to hit publish before I was. I’ll be posting it soon.
