I look forward to hearing about your day. I'm sure you looked smashing in your uniform. I have been HOT in mine all day--walking around in 100 degree heat. Makes me appreciate even more our troops in Iraq.

Way to go, Amy . . . we are proud of you and trust that this will, indeed, turn out to be a very meaningful day.

Goodness everyone, I didn't write this post fishing for praises, I just wanted a good excuse to tell you that I get to wear my uniform today and I'm terribly excited about that. :)

Thanks everyone. {Hey Rach, that leaf is way cool... if I do say so myself. I think I need a new favicon.}

Thanks everyone. {Hey Rach, that leaf is way cool… if I do say so myself. I think I need a new favicon.}

*I meant have fun wearing your uniform. I'm sure the service itself will be kind of somber. *

That is even more than cool! You rock girl! I'm so proud of you, and brag about you all the time.

Did I ever mention that I was at headquarters chapel when I heard about 9/11? Weird. Only time I have ever been there, was there listening to some classmates do a presentation on some very forgotten subject. Trask got up and told us the news of the trade center. I drove home just shocked so that Joey and I could sit on the couch and just be together staring at the TV.

I'm glad you will be there tomorrow representing our country and our soldiers who are so far away. Keep up the good work girl! Love.
