Christmas… From the Realm of Glory

Bebo Norman has released a Christmas album that…
prepare to be shocked…

I actually like.

I discovered it at NewReleaseTuesday.com

Early this year I saw a photo of the ESV Natural Leather Journaling Bible. I counted down the months until the release and knew I’d never really spend $89.99 on it. After smelling the leather and appreciating it’s rugged beauty and lined margins, I finally placed my order when I found one for less than $50 on Amazon.

My long awaited, sweet smelling Bible was delivered a week ago… but I didn’t get it until yesterday since I was in Tennessee. Tonight, I finally sat down to read out of the long awaited Bible… flipping through the cream colored pages I noticed something missing. The Book Of Revelation. Yes, the 66th book of the Bible is just… well it’s GONE.

Slightly befuddled, and terribly disappointed, I’m thankful for Amazon’s return policy. Hopefully I’ll get my replacement in a few weeks refund soon.

I just bought my books for next semester. Here’s the list.

Thankfully, I already owned six of the required books!

Oh and here’s my schedule:

  • Christianity to the Reformation
  • Military Chaplaincy
  • The Spiritual Formation of the Minister

Please keep me in your prayers as I complete the requirements of this semester… I only have 12 papers, two exams and a presentation left. :)

Our time in Tennessee is sadly coming to an end. We’ve been at Rachel’s for over a week now, not nearly long enough. We should leave either tonight or early, early, early in the morning. It’s a ten hour drive, but we gain an hour driving West.

I think I’ll go spend time with my friend and write to you all later.

We’re at Rachel’s house! After about 10 hours of driving and driving and driving… we’re finally home. At Rachel’s house. Ahhh! I feel better already.

Today I’ll buy my Army Service Uniform at Fort Leonard Wood AND drive to Rachel’s house.
This is going to be an awesome week!

It’s that time of year again… when I start ranting about Christmas and commercialism. When I start complaining about six weeks of Christmas music on my favorite radio station… That’s right in 23 hours The Wind starts their Clean Air Christmas.

I better stock up on triple A batteries for my Mp3 player. For my friends with more holiday cheer… enjoy!
