Glad the heater's fixed - and glad to see the post up. Ugh - being sick and having to deliver presentations sucks even above the other stuff. Hope Joel gets home soon, so you can have another celebration :-)

Safe travels, and may your Christmas with your family be sweet and happy.

I wish we could design our own Bible, don't you? Pick what features we want included (or not) and how we want the layout and cover... I really had hoped to get a parallel bible with 3 versions and the Matthew Henry Commentary all side by side, but it was a bit bulkey and expensive. Even it didn't have the exact versions I wanted in it. Unfortunately there just isn't a fabulous selection of parallel Bibles that contain The Message as one of the translation choices. I did get one for Christmas last year that was parallel NAS and MSG, but unfortunately, it is the original kind of The Message with no verse numbering. I looked through it several times over several weeks while keeping it in the box trying to decide whether to take it back and try to exchange it for something else, but then one day when I was looking through it again I got a paper cut and bled on it. Couldn't exactly take it back with a blood stain so I'm using it now. ;-) I too am excited to have 88.3 back in a few days. It would be so much easier to listen to it if there weren't twice as many 'secular' Christmas songs on there as Christian ones...Anyway, glad to hear you are thawed out, still alive, and haven't forgotten how to type. Be careful on your trip to Texas, hope you have a Blessed Christmas.
