Rachel and her kids have headed home. Last time I saw them they looked… cold. Goodness it’s cold out there this morning.
I really enjoyed our time together, and I’ll miss them terribly. Please pray that they travel a safe 571 miles.
I’ve photos and fun to post later. For now, I think I’ll find breakfast.
Really, what kind of an amazing friend will drive 600 miles with three kids and get in town before 2pm? My friend is totally awesome!
Oh and I’ve got a fun filled day ahead of us… a trip to the pediatrician… then to the CBC library…

Well, as January 1sts go this one wasn’t so bad. I worked out, read my Bible, took a vitamin, drank lots of water, prayed with a friend, cleaned the kitchen… took a nap… made the kids sleep in their own beds… avoided eating ALL of the leftovers…
Ah but I neglected to write my 2007 wrap up post and I didn’t finish my homework either. Ah well, there’s always tomorrow.
P.S. Even though I get to see my husband next month, I still miss him terribly.
