Joel recently finished his job in Afghanistan and has now left the country. He’s somewhere on the other side of the world and will be flying to the U.S. sometime in the next few days. [Don't you just love how vague all of that is. OPSEC]

If I were him, and I walked into this apartment… well I’d turn be tempted to turn around and go back to Afghanistan. It’s a mess. I don’t really have time to clean it though… I’ve got too many papers to write and books to read.
