I don’t want to tempt you… I know it’s hard not to covet either my lunch or the man who cooked it… but I just have to tell the world:
For the first time in 15 months, Joel cooked his famous fried chicken! Mmmm… just one more reason why I missed him so much while he was deployed!

That definitely looks yummy! Do you think he would share the recipe? I have never been good at chicken fried steak!

I made fried chicken yesterday, and it was OK, but it definitely wasn’t as good as Joel’s.

If you would have tried to tell me that in person I would have stuck my fingers in my ears and chanted “la, la, la, la, I can’t hear you!”

@ Delisha: Hmm… I don’t know it’s a ’secret.’ He doesn’t make chicken fried steak though. Sorry.
@ Julie: If you ask nicely, Joel might give you the recipe, there might be a family exception.
@ Debbie: Joel SO owes you some fried chicken after you took care of his family while he was deployed… not to mention keeping the kids while we went to the beach! I’ll put in a good word for you.
When can you all come over?
